Privacy Policy

Details you give us: your name, phone number, pickup and drop locations, dates, vehicle choice and any trip notes — shared when you message us on WhatsApp, call, or use a form on this site.

A record of your bookings: when you send a trip from this site we keep that booking in our own records — the details above plus a booking reference and the date you sent it. You give us these details for the purpose of booking a cab, and keeping the record is how we arrange that trip, answer questions about it later, and recognise you if you travel with us again. There is no account to create and no extra step for you.

Information collected automatically: if analytics is enabled, basic device and usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, referring link) to help us understand how the site is used.

We use your details to prepare a fare, confirm and run your trip, contact you about the booking, keep an accurate history of the trips you've taken with us, and improve our service. We do not send marketing messages you haven't asked for.

Your booking history is visible only to us — the owner. It is never published, never sold, and there is no way for anyone on this website to look up a rider or a phone number.

We share only what a trip needs — your name, phone and pickup point — with the driver assigned to you. We do not sell your data. We may share information with service providers (such as analytics) under confidentiality, or with authorities where the law requires it.

Bookings made over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Payments are by UPI, directly to us — we do not collect or store your card, bank or UPI credentials, because we use no payment gateway.

We may use Google Analytics / Tag Manager to understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep your booking records for 24 months after your last trip with us, so we can answer questions about a past journey and recognise you when you return. After that they are deleted, unless a tax or legal obligation requires us to keep an invoice for longer.

You can ask us to delete your records sooner at any time — see “Your choices” below.

To save you retyping a familiar route, this site remembers your recent trips in your own browser so you can book them again in one tap. That list stays on your device — we cannot see it, and it holds only the trip (route, car, dates), never your name or phone number. Clearing your browser data removes it.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling +91 91543 90777. We'll action it promptly.
