Sanchara Travels is a cab and car-rental operator serving Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with popular outstation drives beyond the two states. We run our own vehicles with our own drivers — we are an operator, not an aggregator marketplace.

You book by messaging us on WhatsApp or by calling +91 91543 90777. Any fare we mention before a trip is confirmed is an estimate. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your specific trip — date, time, route and vehicle — on WhatsApp. Please share accurate pickup details so we can reach you.

Each trip is quoted as one clear, all-inclusive fare — tolls, driver allowance and applicable taxes included. There is no surge pricing and no advance payment. You pay by UPI, directly to us, on pickup; the driver never handles money. A GST bill is available on request.

We provide clean, insured vehicles and verified local drivers. Where a specific vehicle is unavailable, we may substitute one of an equal or higher class at no extra cost. Seating capacities must be respected for everyone's safety.

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point and time, and give the driver reasonable notice of changes. Illegal or hazardous goods may not be carried, and the driver may decline to continue a trip where safety or the law is at risk. You are responsible for your own belongings during the journey.

Because we never take an advance, cancelling before pickup usually means there is nothing to refund. Full details of cancellations, no-shows and any overpayments are on our Refunds & Cancellations page.

We take reasonable care to run every trip safely and on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control, nor for belongings left behind in a vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any trip is limited to the fare for that trip. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to book with us after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
