Cabs and car rental in Hyderabad, with a driver.

Hyderabad is a city you leave early. The Outer Ring Road is the reason road trips from here work at all: from Gachibowli, Hitec City or Kokapet you can get onto the ORR and be pointed at NH-44 going south or NH-65 going east without ever crossing the middle of the city. From Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad the ORR is right there, so a five o'clock pickup and a straight run out of town is a normal morning for us. Secunderabad and Nampally are the other two arrival points we run to most, and both need more patience. Tell us your platform side and the driver waits on the correct one instead of calling you from the wrong gate.

The four drives people ask for from Hyderabad have completely different shapes. Warangal on NH-163 is the easy one, comfortable as a day trip, back the same evening after the Kakatiya fort gateways and the Thousand Pillar Temple. Vijayawada on NH-65 is fast and flat with good highway stops. Srisailam needs real planning, because the road drops into the Nallamala forest belt and the check gates on that stretch close at night, so the crossing has to happen in daylight. Tirupati is the long haul south and usually means driving overnight or starting well before dawn, so the Tirumala ghat climb lands in morning light. Araku is longer still and works far better spread over two days than squeezed into one.

Booking is a WhatsApp conversation rather than a form. Send the pickup point, the date, how many people are travelling and where you want to go, and we come back with the vehicle and the driver's details before you leave.

Local tip — Leave before the city wakes up. Anything heading east or south is far easier if you are on the Outer Ring Road by six, because the Hitec City and LB Nagar approaches thicken quickly after that. For Srisailam, plan the whole day around daylight: the road runs through the Nallamala forest and the check gates on that stretch shut at night, so a late start can leave you waiting at a gate instead of driving. For Tirupati, most families either drive through the night or start well before dawn so the Tirumala ghat climb happens in the morning. The Warangal circuit also rewards an early start, since the fort gateways and the open stone at the Thousand Pillar Temple are much kinder to walk before midday. Araku from Hyderabad is a genuine two-day trip; treating it as one is how people end up doing ghat bends after dark. If you are flying in, share your terminal exit and flight number so the driver is standing at the right gate rather than circling the pickup lane.

What kind of trip in Hyderabad?

Local runs around Hyderabad, an airport pickup, a temple trip or a long outstation drive — same fleet, same drivers, quoted differently. Tell us which on WhatsApp and the fare comes back the same day.

What the fare includes

One fare, agreed first

Tolls, driver allowance, state permits and taxes are inside the figure we quote. There is no meter running in Hyderabad traffic and nothing added at the end. A per-km rate that looks lower usually is not, once those arrive separately.

You are booking the operator

Not a marketplace. These are our own cars and our own drivers, who speak Telugu and know Hyderabad. One number reaches the people running the trip — no app, no account, and no advance payment before the car arrives.

Cab routes from Hyderabad

One-way or round trip, each with a fixed fare agreed before you travel. Distances are real road distances, not straight-line estimates.

Cabs and car rental in Hyderabad — FAQs

Which road trips do you run most often from Hyderabad?

Warangal for the Kakatiya monuments, Vijayawada down NH-65, Srisailam through the Nallamala forest, Tirupati for darshan, and Araku when people have two days to spare. Each one has a different rhythm, so tell us what you want out of the trip and we will suggest the timing.

Where in Hyderabad will the car pick us up?

Anywhere in the city. The regular points are Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad, Secunderabad and Nampally railway stations, the IT corridor around Hitec City and Gachibowli, and LB Nagar or the ORR side for early starts. Share your exact spot, and your terminal exit if you are flying.

What time should we leave for Srisailam or Tirupati?

For Srisailam, early. The road passes through the Nallamala forest and the check gates on that stretch shut at night, so a late start can leave you parked at a gate. For Tirupati, most families either drive overnight or leave well before dawn so the Tirumala ghat climb happens in morning light rather than afternoon glare.

How does payment work?

Nothing is needed in advance to hold the booking. Once the car reaches your pickup point, you pay the owner directly by UPI.

Is there a cab near me in Hyderabad?

You do not need one nearby — the car comes to you. We are not a stand you walk to or a street taxi you flag down: you send an address on WhatsApp and the driver arrives there, anywhere in Hyderabad — including LB Nagar, Secunderabad, Gachibowli and the areas around them. The useful thing to send is a landmark rather than a pin: the gate, the shop below, the temple on the corner. That is how the driver actually finds you, and it is faster than a map reference on a lane that has no name.

How do I tell you where to pick me up in Hyderabad?

A landmark and a phone number is enough. Rajiv Gandhi Intl Airport (RGIA), Secunderabad Railway Station, Hitec City and similar spots are the ones drivers know without asking — but a home address works the same way, and most of our pickups are doorstep rather than a landmark. If the lane is narrow or the gate is hard to spot, say so when you book and the driver will call as he turns in rather than leaving you to find the car.

Is this a cab service, a taxi, car rental, or car hire?

All of those names describe what we do, and around here the everyday one is "car travels" — it is what most operators in Hyderabad are actually called, and what people say when they mean a car with a driver rather than a self-drive rental. Listings and search results tend to say taxi, car rental or car hire. The important part is what it is not — it is not self-drive, and it is not a metered street taxi. Every car comes with one of our own drivers, so you are hiring the car and the person driving it together, for one fare agreed before the trip rather than a meter that keeps running in traffic.
