On the road
The Tempo Traveller solves one problem cleanly: it keeps a large group in one vehicle instead of splitting across three sedans that may or may not keep pace with each other. We run 12-seater and 16-seater configurations. The 12-seater has slightly more room per person; the 16-seater is the one for temple tour groups and corporate offsites where every seat counts.
Luggage is not a constraint the way it is in smaller cars. The underfloor and overhead storage on the Tempo handles what 16 people actually pack for three days, without negotiation. For groups flying into Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam before a road trip, the combination of boot space and passenger count is what makes the Tempo practical rather than merely large.
The Tirupati pilgrimage run is the route we do most often with the Tempo. A group of 12 to 16 pilgrims, the overnight drive, the hill road — it works better as one vehicle with one driver everyone knows than as a convoy. The fare is quoted on WhatsApp once we know the exact headcount, the route, and the number of nights, because a 12-seater for two days and a 16-seater for four are meaningfully different numbers.
Great on these roads
Hyderabad → Tirupati
560 km · 9 hrs
The overnight Tirupati run is the Tempo's most common booking — 12 to 16 pilgrims in one vehicle, one driver, one pickup and dropoff, no convoy coordination.
Vijayawada → Visakhapatnam
350 km · 6.5 hrs
The 350 km coastal corridor is flat highway where the Tempo can maintain a comfortable pace; groups travelling from Vijayawada for events in Vizag book this configuration regularly.
Choosing between this and the Toyota Rumion?
If your group is seven, the Rumion is the right size — the Tempo is designed for twelve or more. Booking a 16-seater for seven people is a mismatch in both cost and feel; the Rumion gives seven people a proper car-sized experience.

How many people fit in a Tempo Traveller?
16 passengers plus the driver, with room for Plenty. Large groups, temple tours & corporate offsites. If your group is between sizes, tell us the headcount and the luggage on WhatsApp and we'll say which car actually works — an over-full car is a miserable way to spend a long drive.
What does a Tempo Traveller cost per day?
This one is quoted per trip rather than off the standard rate card — group size, route and how many days the car is with you all move the number. Send those details on WhatsApp and the fare comes back the same day, all-inclusive, with no advance taken.
Does the Tempo Traveller come with a driver?
Yes — every car goes out with a local, Telugu-speaking driver who knows the roads. We don't do self-drive. Tolls, driver allowance and taxes are inside the fare, so there's nothing added at the end of the trip.
Do I have to pay an advance?
No advance. You pay by UPI directly to us on pickup — never cash to the driver. That means asking for a quote costs you nothing, and you're not out of pocket if plans change.
Which trips is the Tempo Traveller best on?
Hyderabad → Tirupati (560 km) and Vijayawada → Visakhapatnam (350 km) — keep the whole party together, all the way. It's available for any route across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana though, one-way or round trip.
Can I get a Tempo Traveller on rent in Hyderabad or Vijayawada?
Yes. Tempo Traveller rental runs from every city we cover — Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Warangal, Guntur, Araku Valley — and the car reaches your address rather than you coming to a counter. Outstation drops beyond those cities are normal too; the fare is quoted for the whole trip either way. Tell us the pickup city and date on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the car is free.
Can I book a Tempo Traveller for an outstation trip or an airport run?
Both. The same car and driver cover airport transfers, local hire by the day, temple trips and multi-day outstation drives — the fare is quoted per day either way, so a single airport run and a four-day road trip are priced on the same basis.
