Because we never take an advance, refunds are rare — but here is exactly how cancellations, no-shows and any overpayments work.
Sanchara Travels does not take any advance payment. You pay by UPI, directly to us, only once the trip is agreed and the car is with you. That means cancelling before pickup normally leaves nothing to refund.
You can cancel any time before pickup by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling +91 91543 90777. It is free while the driver has not yet started toward you. If a driver has already travelled a significant distance to reach a far pickup point, we may request a small towards-fuel amount — we will always tell you upfront, never as a surprise at the end.
If you ever pay more than the agreed all-inclusive fare, we return the difference to the same UPI ID it came from, usually within 3–5 working days. Just message us with your booking reference and the amount.
If you do not turn up for a confirmed trip and have not paid, there is no charge. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to hold cars for future bookings.
If a trip did not go as promised, please tell us — message or call and we will look into it and make it right. We would always rather fix a problem than lose your trust.
